Industrial Chemical SolutionsPaint systems for automotive refinishing and industrial surfaces
Filler, primer and clear coat systems for every body shop job, from spot repairs to complete resprays, delivering fast and repeatable results.
Automotive paint and body shops work every day on different makes and models with different types of damage. A scuffed bumper in the morning, an insurance door repair after lunch and, in the evening, a spot repair that has to be delivered urgently can all be on the same team's schedule. At this pace, success depends on using the right product at the right step, managing drying times well and being able to repeat the same quality on every job.
Zenova offers application systems that group workshop needs by job type. From spot repairs to premium HS panel repairs, and from the everyday MS workflow to painting plastic parts, the filler, primer, clear coat, hardener and thinner for every scenario are matched to work together. Our aim is to let painters focus on the job without losing time over product selection, to make drying times predictable and to keep comebacks to a minimum.
Insurers and vehicle owners expect the vehicle back quickly. The Spot Repair System shortens preparation and drying times by limiting the work area to the damaged zone, while the Premium Panel Repair System (HS) reaches the required film thickness in fewer coats.
In spot repairs, the clear coat edge and the colour blend must not be noticeable. Dissolving the clear coat overspray with Blending (Fade-out) Thinner, followed by compounding and polishing, merges the blend zone with the surrounding paintwork.
Standard primers may not provide sufficient adhesion on bumpers and trim parts. The Plastic Part Repair System aims for reliable adhesion on plastic surfaces with 1K Plastic Primer and Joker Multi-Purpose Primer applied wet-on-wet.
Incompatible product combinations can lead to defects such as blistering, sinkage and loss of gloss. The Standard and Premium Panel Repair Systems present products matched to work together in a fixed sequence, aiming for the same result on every job.
Confines stone chip, scratch and small dent repairs to the damaged area; blending aims for an invisible transition without repainting the whole panel.
A panel repair system built on 5+1 HS Acrylic Primer and 2K Acrylic HS Clear Coat, aiming for high film build in fewer coats, deep gloss and a durable finish.
The standard system for everyday panel repairs: easy to apply with 4+1 Acrylic Primer Filler and 2K Acrylic MS Clear Coat, balancing cost and quality.
Strong adhesion and a fast workflow on plastic parts such as bumpers, spoilers and mirror covers, with 1K Plastic Primer and wet-on-wet Joker Multi-Purpose Primer.
Multi-purpose 2K polyester filler for dents and surface defects on steel, aluminium, galvanised steel and fibreglass; non-sagging, fast-drying and easy to sand.
Ultra-flexible, creamy 2K finishing filler for large surfaces and thin fills. Sands very easily without clogging the paper, leaving a flawless base for primer.

High-build 2K acrylic primer filler: covers filled areas, does not sag, sands easily and creates a smooth, isolating base for the topcoat.
Single-component adhesion-promoting primer that forms a strong bond on PP, PP/EPDM and ABS plastics. For bumpers, mirror covers and exterior trim parts.
High-solids 2 : 1 HS clear coat for top-quality repairs; delivers high film build in 1.5 coats, glass-like depth and superior scratch resistance.
Blending thinner that makes the transition between new clear coat and existing paintwork invisible in spot repairs; melts in overspray edges and eases polishing.
