Sector overview
Machine housings, steel structures, trailers, cabs and metal enclosures need surface correction at many stages between production and shipment. Weld seams, grinding marks, dents caused during production and assembly, and transport damage all directly affect the quality of the topcoat. Correcting these defects with the right filler and primer is a fundamental step that determines the product's appearance, its corrosion resistance and the quality customers perceive.
The materials used in industrial manufacturing are varied as well: uncoated black steel, galvanised sheet and aluminium can all be found together on the same product. Weld seams and grinding marks
Welded areas leave visible marks under the paint and can, over time, become starting points for corrosion. Polyester filler applied after grinding, followed by 4+1 Acrylic Primer Filler, brings the seam lines flush with the surface and creates a smooth, sealed base for the topcoat.

Adhesion on galvanised and aluminium parts
On zinc-coated and aluminium surfaces, standard products can lead to blistering or lifting. The Galvanised Steel and Aluminium System, built on Galva Filler, Aluminium Filler and Joker Multi-Purpose Primer, is designed for reliable adhesion on these surfaces.

Large parts and production pace
On large surfaces such as trailers, cabs and machine housings, sanding labour slows production down. The Commercial Vehicle and Large Surface System, built around easy-sanding, low-density Lightweight Filler, helps to shorten preparation time.
